He looks more like a doberman, but at the end of the day, i say it's looks a like a jackal. Anyways the reason for this more "intense" version, i felt the 80 cartoon made him into a comic relief, and more looked like a hyena. i actually went to reference of a real jackal, and decided he needed to be more like a scrappy street dog. Almost a Fight Club look about him. and yes i did make reference to the wolverine claw look.peace out
